Shipping and Refund Policy

Our shipping, turn around time and refund policies are as follows:

We ship through USPS within the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally. Depending on the weight of your order, it will go either First Class (under 1 pound) or Priority mail (over 1 pound).

Turn around time varies but will be stated in the description of the item.

General TAT:

  • Digital downloads: As soon as payment has cleared
  • RTS: Within 2-4 business days
  • Made to Order: varies greatly. Can be 2-9 weeks.
  • Custom order: varies greatly. Can be 2-9 weeks.

Refunds: This policy aligns with our Etsy policy on refunds.

  • No refunds on digital downloads
  • I do not accept exchanges on items so please order the correct size based on sizing information given.
  • I will accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase
  • Returns can vary. If you would like to return something please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition to receive a refund. Items not received in new, unused condition may not receive a full refund or a refund at all.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Items ineligible for return:
    • digital downloads
    • custom or personalized orders
    • sale items
    • intimate items (such as bralettes)
